PESD releases study of the largest commercial distribution to date of a biomass gasification cookstove

in the news

PESD’s major study of the ‘Oorja’ cookstove in India has been released in Energy for Sustainable Development. The work, which was supported by the FSI Underdevelopment Action Fund, is one of the most comprehensive investigations to date of commercial efforts to sell advanced biomass cookstoves, which have the potential to improve health and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the developing world Read more »
