Asia-Pacific policy during Obama's second term
Shorenstein APARC, FSI Stanford, SEAF NewsFresh off his re-election victory, Barack Obama -- the "Pacific President" -- became the first president to visit Myanmar and Cambodia when he traveled to the Southeast Asian countries in November.
