PESD Director David Victor addresses a plenary session of the triennial congress of the world gas industry on June 9th. Victor's presentation summarizes the results the "Geopolitics of Gas" study, soon to be released in book form by Cambridge University Press.

Also at the World Gas Congress, PESD research fellow Mark Hayes presented his research on the developing Atlantic Basin LNG arbitrage.
