The Postal Service have been experiencing problems for a number of years now- partly due to private competition and more recently the recession. Frank Wolak (PESD Director and Economics professor at Stanford University) weighs in his thoughts on whether the cuts will help, challenges facing the U.S. Postal Service, and postal reforms.
